If Denise put her hair up, cut back on the spray tan and did her make-up a little fresher (less 1990's) she'd win...but Amanda made it simple and fresh. Loved the black shoes too...made it classy versus trashy.
I disagree with the comment about nude shoes and bright dresses. I'm getting annoyed with everyone wearing the same stacked nude pump. Like congrats to denise for layering on colors. Blue sandles and pink dress = funky.
Even though I am not a fan of DR, I feel she looks better in the dress. The other person, Amanda has the look of 2 broken ankles that steph and chris claimed selita looked like she had.
Why do most of the actresses have trouble keeping their feet straight or their legs not bowed. There shoes must hurt. Pleast learn to stand properly when modelling. Thanks

God, they look like clones! Amanda's hair looks cleaner, but they both have messy generic blonde hair, same realluy bad cleavage, same awkward pose,Their bods could be interchangeable, so who could decide?
Amandas dress is slightly shorter so it does justice to her legs, while the top on denise looks too loose, and yes her hair is terrible. i love the black peep toes with the pink...black almost always looks good with bright colors, the silver sandles just clash with the pink. If they had the same hair and shoes it just breaks down to the better body...and Amanda has it.

denise reminds me of a wax figure barbie doll, ...my choice: amanda, the youthful style and color suits her nicely and although i wouldn't go with the gold clutch, her peek-a-boos are sooooo cute as so is she, as a button.

I must say tho' Amanda's hairstyle and accessories are marginally better.
Don't like the flaps over the boobs. I do love bright pink - just not this particular dress.
Amanda Bynes, hands down. I'm not sure what's going on with Denise Richards hair though - I always thought she had great hair, but here she looks like she's one sparkly fringe vest away from giving tours at Dollywood.
Amanda Bynes looks better... but I don't like the dress. Anyone else notice Amanda's awkward stance/feet?

Denise's hair killed the outfit, and I mean murdered it. She looks like she belongs in a beauty peagant in the south, south of Tex-ass.
However, Amanda's smirk just bothers me, all the time she has that ugly smile thing going on, it's annoying.
Denise is usually more beautiful and elegant looking, but comes off as a cheap older Barbie Doll IMHO.
